Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! That said, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept ALL returns.

We only accept returns if:

Your item arrives damaged

Your item is defective

You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7–10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

Important Details

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging

Customers cover return shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color choices, or items showing signs of use.

Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
